Work experience in R2R, not less than 6 years should be in team leading role with a minimum span of 75 members in the entire carrier.
The manager would be required to do transition R2R, AP, AR, multi-country transition experience is a must.
S4 Hana exposure is desirable or at least SAP working knowledge.
Prior experience of supporting clients on large scale business system trials is desirable.
Reasonable knowledge of high-end accounting i.e. Costing, Project Accounting, yearend accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Budgeting and Forecasting.
Main Responsibilities
PM will facilitate team operations by discussions through the sharing of information and knowledge, identification of teamwork issues, development of problemsolving recommendations, and recommendations of standardizing team operations.
Maintain MIS for internal and external customers.
Handle monthly processes and security audits. Ensure documents are up to date to avoid non-compliance and adverse ratings by internal and external auditors.
Ensure SLA's are met.
Conduct weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings with clients, as agreed
Single point of contact for client and support teams
Coordinate individual team member's work schedules and leave requests. The PM will coordinate the Team schedule with Client and Team.
Technical or Expert Knowledge/ Experience
Robust experience of transition and setup of accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger transactions.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
Experience in the use of financial systems (e.g. Oracle, People Soft, SAP, Sage, Quick books)
Desirable
Hold a valid passport with B1/ B2 visa
Immediate joiner or having less notice period preferred
