Job Description

Opening for HRO (EDM), Leave Management & Compensation

Education - Any graduation

Working days-6 days

Rotational off

24/7 Rotational shift (Including night shift)

Work from home for 3-4 months

Computer and Wifi will be provided

Job Description:

1- 1 - 5 years of International HRO experience (EDM, Hiring, LOA, Time and Attendance management, Employee contracts, Expatriate management, Compensation and Benefits, etc.,)

2- Flexible to work in shifts including weekends

3- Good communication skill

4- Good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and PDF

5- Any payroll software or ERP knowledge (PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Success Factors, Oracle cloud, etc.,)

Good to have:

1. Typing skills or certification

2. Knowledge in CRM

3. Employee query management experience

4. Direct client handling experience
