Job Description

Job Responsibilities

* Managing i2/JDA functional and technical teams

* Ensures that JDA workflows (background jobs) completed as per agreed SLAs

* Supporting JDA production support issues on day to day basis

* Closely working with other IT leads and business stake holders on prioritizing the CRs

* Managing the team members performance evaluation as Maxim Integrated guidelines and policies

* Working with the cross functional teams like DBA, SAP, deployment and Internal audit team, etc.

* Helping in finishing existing JDA migration project

* Driving the team for future i2/JDA upgrade projects and CRs

Job Requirement: Mandatory

* Overall 15+ years of IT experience

* Mandatory 8+ years of strong experience with i2/JDA module with one or more with - FP, SCP, OP, IO which includes integration and architectural aspects of i2/JDA solution

* Exposure to Oracle SQL/PLSQL development

* Managed a team of at least 10 members

* Worked in onsite/offshore model in a matrix organization environment

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial or any specialized engineering

* Good communication and documentation skills
