Job Description
FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY- 5 - 6 months FIXED TERM contract
- 0-2 Years of experience
- Educational Qualification - Any Graduate
- 5 days working (max 4 to 5 Saturdays working with OT)
- NO rotation of shifts through the contract duration
- Selection rounds - 2 VC + HR + test. (VC may be on Skype or Whatsapp)
- Communication skills - 6.5 to 9 out of 10
- JD - transaction processing role/ data entry
Shifts
- 9.30 to 6.30 -@ SALARY OF 10K NET
- 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM @ SALARY OF 12K NET (10-20 candidates will be in this shift)
TRANSPORT :
- Point pick up and point drop for employee in 09.30 am to 06.30 pm shift
- Point pickup and home drop for employees in 06.30 pm to 03.30 am shift

Overview of the role:
BA Claim Processing Team is seeking Temporary Process Associates to adjudicate and process FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) claims with the desiered accuracy and efficiency in the peek time of the year (Oct/Nov to Mar). This position will report to the Claim Processing Supervisor.
Process claims with high standard of quality and efficiency.
- Enter and process participant reimbursement requests daily in the claims processing system.
- Review participants' submitted material and determine if it meets applicable guidelines for appropriate reimbursement.
Required Skills
- Strong computer navigation skills.
- Capacity to learn new software and processes.
- Good understanding of English Language.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent Observational Skill.
- Ability to comprehend and apply rules-based decision making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree(preferably in Commerce / Science)
* Good communication skills.
* Renewable contract (Performance basis renewal)
