Marketing Manager - Consumer Electronics @ Gurgaon, IndiaOur client is one of the fastest growing Consumer Electronics Organizations in India. They own 2 International audio brands and one home grown brand. It's a young and professionally managed organization with all major e-commerce and retail channels as their key customers. They need to fill the following position asap.
Position : Marketing Manager - Consumer Electronics
Location : Gurgaon
Education : Graduation/ BBA - Marketing/ MBA - Marketing
Experience : 9 - 13 years
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
We are looking for a young and enthusiastic Marketing Manager. The incumbent should have keen interest in the domain of consumer electronics alongwith sound knowledge about the products and/or marketing. Candidate should preferably have some work experience of content management across various e-commerce portals or should have handled Social/Digital marketing roles.
Must have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in social marketing. Should be perceptive, creative and a problem solver along with good communication skills. Should brainstorm, prioritize the development of content for the audio products. Understand and articulate customers' needs, desire & demand by conducting Market Research and obtaining relevant information out of it. Focus on product enhancements to improve user experience. Assess market competition by comparing company's products with the market.
Should be able to Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with product vision. Analyzing product metrics regularly and implement new innovations. Prepare product deck and circulate to internal and external audience. Should be conversant with keyword search and optimization of product. Responsible for aligning photo and video shoot for complete product range. Listing & modification of products on various E-commerce portals. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Must have these skill-sets: Excellent communication skills. Analytical & critical thinking. Good personality. Product knowledge. Technical skills. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Must be residing in Delhi/NCR or must be ready to relocate. Should be a Graduate/ BBA-Mktg/ MBA-Mktg with 9-13 years of marketing exposure. Person has to be expert in handling all kind of marketing activities independently such as running of campaign on ecommerce websites and social media platforms. Preferred from Electronics/Ecommerce background.
