Job Description

Ensuring smooth transition of operations. Seamless day to day running of operations including resolution of legacy issues. Timely execution of orders within the framework defined.

c. Ensuring Adequate & trained Manpower is in place ( as per approved manpower budgets )

d. Academic excellence and IT system deployment . Impact study of all new initiatives rolled out. Creating strong word of month and generating testimonials that will form the basis of new orders and repeat orders.

e. Legal and statutory compliance. Handling legal issues as and when they crop up with help of legal BP .

f. Interface with the Business team to ensure all collections that are due from the government. departments are released in time.

g. Driving cost efficiencies .

h. Interface with the government. agencies,

i. Competition analysis and new opportunity mapping for expansion .
