Job Description

Greetings from 2COMS Consulting Pvt Ltd,
We can arrange your telephonic interview. You can give interview from your home.
Candidates should have PC/ Laptop with active internet connection at their home.
We are hiring for Technical Support voice - we would love to connect with you.
Salary: 2.4 LPA to 4 LPA+ Cab + Incentive
Candidate should have minimum 1 Year experience in technical support(Laptop and Desktop trouble shooting)
Work Location: Chandigarh
Experience Reacquired: 0 to 5 years
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Shift: Rotational Shift
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7.Good technical knowledge
