  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Team player, always take initiative and able to work under a pressure environment.

Description of Job:

  • Provide support and solution to clients via live chat channel, requiring for working with application/system, to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problem.
  • Handle and resolve all issues raised by clients.
  • Improve client's confidence or experience in the product using.
  • Meeting recording, organize documents, settle work process.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
