Job Description

Identification and development of vendors India & Abroad.
Preparation of RFQ, Price analysis, estimation and comparative statements.
Price Negotiation and closure of contractual terms & conditions.
Price approvals, preparation and release of letter of intent/PO
Follow - up, Expediting for delivery, Inspection co - ordination, Clarence and closure of financial and contractual liabilities of the purchase order.
Through knowledge of contracts, LC and coordination with finance for bill settlements.
Closure of PO, Bills and statutory compliance forms.
Industry Specific Skills:
Proven experience in sourcing of boilers fabricated components (structure, ducting, insulation etc.) from India and Abroad.
