Business Development Executive (Ziffy & TeamSpoor/CRM)
Job Profile: 1. Finding leads through different mediums (online or offline) in India or abroad. 2. Approaching leads via online mediums like Email or Phone calls. 3. Converting leads to close sales (with the help of team lead). No Leads will be provided by the company for the first three months. Note: No physical visits to clients, completely online. Candidates should not be working in another company parallelly. Location:Anywhere in India (work from home) Working Hours:10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (but should be able to handle client queries if urgent post working hours). Experience Required: 0 to 2 years Skills Required: 1. Excellent communication skills in vernacular & English. 2. Drafting of emails, presentation skills and knowledge of presentation tools like Power point etc. Other Requirements (Must have before joining): 1. Smart Phone (Android or iOS) 2. Laptop with internet connection via LAN or WiFi 3. Internet connection Job Type: First three months on contract. If the performance is good then will be made permanent with a salary increment of up to 25%. Remunerations: Salary: 1.50 LPA to 2.00 LPA Target: Rs 3 Lakhs per quarter (sales excludes govt taxes & bank charges or commission paid to resellers).
