The Employer
Our client is a well established Logistics firm, with a solid clientele spread across industry giants in F&B, Consumer Electronics, Apparel, Luxury goods and many more.

You will be responsible for :
- Managing route maps and existing networks designs.
- Monitoring service levels and working on optimizing them along with costs and time.
- Developing and implementing failsafe network backup options and analysing failures to immediately undertake corrective actions.
- Selecting, monitoring and managing performance of all involved third parties and internal teams.
- Identifying and analysing risks affecting supply, delivery and customer demand and developing strategies to mitigate these.
- Participating in strategic supply chain enhancements/ projects to drive optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Mentoring and nurturing operations teams to deliver best results.
The Profile
- You have Masters in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline from a top tier university or college and have at least 15 years experience in the Logistics industry, with a strong hold on land, water & air transport networks.
- You have a solid track record of successful & optimal operations carried out in your previous roles.
- You have worked as part of large organizations with multiple clients cargo handling capacity, and with multiple channels.
- You possess good knowledge of tax and process regulations with respect to import and export of products.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working on network problems and strategizing optimal routes.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
