Team Leader - General Ledger (operations) @ Hexaware Technologies

Work experience in R2R of which not less than 3 years should be in a team-leading role with a minimum span of 10 members.

Job Summary:

The Team Leader will oversee the specific team that he/she is assigned to. The TL will work under the direction of and report directly to the Process Manager. The Team Leader's role is to share his/ her knowledge and skills with members and assist other team members with the functions of the team to perform tasks as needed.

Main Responsibilities

Team Leader will facilitate team operations by discussions through the sharing of information and knowledge, identification of teamwork issues, development of problemsolving recommendations, and recommendations of standardizing team operations.

Maintain MIS for internal and external customers.

Handle monthly processes and security audits. Ensure documents are up to date to avoid non-compliance and adverse ratings by internal and external auditors.

Ensure SLA's are met.

Conduct weekly, bi weekly and monthly meetings with clients, as agreed
