Job Specifications
The candidate should be Graduate with 6 to 8 years of experience in Mumbai Real Estate Sales.
MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
The incumbent must have Knowledge of Sales.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve sales targets through customer-centric up-selling.
To Handle and Smoothen the process of Customer Walk-in and leads to maximum conversion
To interact with Channel Partners on a regular basis and offer various schemes for improving the Sales velocity.
To ensure that documents related to customers are properly verified including Customer Profile, Application forms, Cost Sheets, Payment schedule.
To ensure that Deviations in Rates, Payment schedule are recorded and sent to CRM Team along with booking form.
Required Candidate profile
Functional:
Good Knowledge of 4 P's ( Product, pricing, Positioning, Promotion)
Good Knowledge of Market Analysis.
