CTC - 3.5 LPA 

1. Ensure timely and professional response to all complaints, requests, and queries enabling satisfaction of customers.
2. Abandoned cart conversion to pull up e-commerce business target achievement.
3. Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries & complaints online/ offline/ social media/ live chat.  
4. Developing feedback or complaints procedures for the customer to use
5. Damaged/ Missing/ store Delivery coordination & closure.
