The Job

As an Assistant Manager of a branch, you will ensure proper fulfillment of administrative and accounting duties by planning and coordinating the banking services. You will be responsible for managing the operation teams across different service offerings to deliver best-in-class customer service. You will ensure sales targets for the branch are met and will be working closely with the Branch Manager to inculcate a professional and empathy culture in your branch. You will arrange necessary trainings and guidance provided to bank employees when required and also evaluate employee's work for accuracy, in a timely manner.
The Profile

You have a Masters in Finance or related discipline from a reputable university or college.
Experience working in a bank will be advantageous.
You are open to exploring opportunities in the banking sector and have good understanding of retail banking culture.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
You are comfortable working with targets to be delivered within close timelines.
