Manager (IL4)- Company Secretarial

Location

Mumbai Head Office

Reporting to

Manager- Company Secretarial

Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees)

Company-level. Reportees will be 2 to 3

Specific Responsibilities

Preparation of Minutes

Updating Statutory Registers

Ensuring compliances under the SEBI Act, 1992 & Companies Act, 2013 for Reliance Securities Group

Initiating new compliances under SEBI Act, 1992 & Companies Act, 2013 for Reliance Securities Group

Preparations for Board /Other Meetings

Specific Authorities

Key Performance Indicators

Timely and proper compliance of Company Law provisions.

Preparing and maintaining minutes, statutory registers, books and other secretarial records.

Preparing and timely filing of e -Forms/ documents with Registrar of Companies and other statutory authorities.

To be abreast and updated with all latest statutory requirements under various laws applicable to the Group Companies.

Liaising with ROC/other authorities/Agencies
