Job Description
You will be at the forefront, in a client facing role, undertaking a gamut of activities involved in the sales and marketing function. You will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to help the company achieve sales successes.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop sales leads/opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts as well as new opportunities with existing accounts
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers
- Understand and accurately document customer requirements
- Collaborate with tech team to formulate the correct solution/product mix to address customer needs
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations/bids with the commercial and tech teams
- Help clients with business case ROI calculations
- Work with various sales channels - OEMs, End Users, etc
- Support other business development/marketing activities such as expos, events/seminars, demos etc.

Required Candidate profile
Required Skill Set/Experience - We are looking for dynamic candidates with strong communication
- Should have good understanding of the automation ecosystem
- Experience in sales/marketing with industrial/manufacturing clients will be a plus
- Prior experience with sales of industrial automation products or solutions/projects will be helpful: robotics, PLCs, drives, packaging machines, SPMs, etc
- Familiarity with clients in any of the following industries will be helpful:
- > Automotive OEMs and ancillaries (auto components),
- > Pharma, FMCG, F&B
- > Logistics/Material Handling
- > Universities/Institutions
- Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
