- Delivering high quality architectural plans, feasibility site layouts, mall plans, retail plans and design elevation packs using

- applications such as AutoCAD/ Revit/ Vector works/ Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator etc.,

- Preparing store packs and presenting at the approval meetings, ensure they are approved by the board & update the records on Our Property

- Collaborating with colleagues within Retail Operations, SRD, Acquisition, Site Research, Commercial both at TBS & in Country to deliver store layouts

- Working with Planning Manager in the country to ensure I receive the right brief to plan my stores

- Identifying & Delivering cost savings whilst Maintaining quality

and fit for purpose design & plans

Experience relevant for this job

Preferred Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Bachelor in Engineering (Civil)
or
Experience within an Architectural/ Retail Operations/ Construction organization.

1 years' experience in Autocad

CTC - 2.5 to 3.00 lakhs per annum

Contract Duration (Min. 6 months) - 6 months

Shift timing - 12.30 to 9.30 pm
