Urgent Opening for Manager Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxation) in leading Manufacturing Company Navi Mumbai
Designation - Manager Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxation)
Experience - 3 Yrs
CTC - Upto 19 Lacs (Fixed + Variable)
Qualification - CA (Only Chartered Accountant)
Location - Navi Mumbai(looking only for Mumbai candidates)
Industry - Experience into Manufacturing Industry
Job Description -
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for management of entire vertical of taxation (Both direct and indirect taxation) and responsible for advance licenses , export benefits in terms of foreign trade policy and liasioning with various government authorities including DGFT
Duties & Responsibilities -
- Handling of Corporate tax, IT return filing, TDS compliance's
- Handling of International tax including transfer pricing
- Handling of customs & central excise compliances , export formalities , refunds.
- Responsible for overall control of Advance license and responsible for redemption of the same
- Handling of past litigations relating to Central Excise, service tax
- VAT assessment, refunds and related compliances including Works contract
- Control of various refunds applicable for the Company and submitting MIS
- Responsible for overall compliances of EOU, and liasioning with SEEPZ, DGFT and other Government authorities
- GST returns, refunds and compliances
- Co-ordination with tax auditors, Vat auditors for timely completion of audits
- Responsible for implementing changes in procedures in department based on latest updates in Finance Budget/ FTP/Custom Laws.
