Functional Responsibilities:
1. Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the client relationships.
2. Profiling Customers and providing financial products to meet customers needs.
3. Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers.
4. Good network of Channel partners.
5. Providing Sales targets spread across Liabilities/ Assets.
6. Maintaining and improving existing asset portfolio quality Sourcing new business.
7. Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit.
8. Offer best in class sales experience while on boarding customers.9. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
Behavioral Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
2. Driving business targets through insurance advisors.
3. Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.
4. Groom advisors for the next level of partnership .
5. Preparing strategy and achieving targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Few Pointers :
1. Insurance advisors or insurance agents are preferred.
2. Fair knowledge of Insurance.

1. Fixed salary along ranging from 2LPA to 2.6LPA.
2. Incentives 22% premium.
3. Monthly annual reimbursements and allowances 36K to 2.2LPA
