You will be responsible for analysing the dat-to-day financial activities and giving actionable insights. Your duties include:
- Processing tax accounting, invoices, claims etc.
- Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
- Performing third parties and bank reconciliations.
- Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.
- Reporting to Finance Manager regarding budget and company guidelines adherence by various entities.
- Managing vendor relations when required.
The Profile
- You have a Degree in Accounting, Finance and have at least 5 years experience within an AP Accountant role.
- Work within Real Estate industry would be an advantage.
- You have worked with a variety of financial tools, softwares and you are comfortable with the entire Microsoft Office tools suite.
- You have solid knowledge of accounting principles and related compliance and regulations.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
