Job Description
To manage Sales Orders of PAN India Dealers, Distributors, Retail Stores and B2B customers.
To lead Order Management team of 3-4 members based at HO.
To coordinate with customers for Stock, Quotation, Customer Order Request/Purchase Order, Sales Invoice, Customer Deliveries etc.
To coordinate with Warehouse /3PLs/Couriers/Transporters for Invoicing, Dispatch and Tracking etc.
To coordinate with Sales (Regional & HO), Credit Control and Purchase.
To Track Orders till delivery and maintain daily tracker.
Sharing MIS with customers on daily basis.
To achieve and maintain agreed business SLAs.
To maintain SLA MIS on daily basis.
To develop and maintain a team of pro-active and customer friendly members.
To ensure Order Management team as a single window for all customers and ensure seamless support to customers.
Required Candidate profile
Written and Verbal English communication
Computer savvy
Proficient in MS-Excel
Flexibility towards working hours
