You will be responsible for :
- Tracking credit limits and outstanding dues for your client portfolio.
- Conducting recovery procedure when outstanding dues identified.
- Contacting debtors to keep a track of amounts and repayment status.
- Providing timely report to management on your portfolio of accounts.
- Managing client complaints and queries as and when required.
- Supporting accounting and invoicing team with cases related to debtors.
- Acting as a key player in tracking performance and driving profitability.
- Performance analysis and implementing actions to support strategy.
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.
The Profile
- You have at least 4 years experience within a Credit Control role and have a solid track record of helping business meet its targets.
- You are keen on progressing your career in the banking industry.
- You have a degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
- You are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You can collaborate with internal teams and external third party agents to ensure timely delivery of work assigned.
