Teacher Screening : Conduct video interviews to shortlist candidates that meet the minimum requirements.
- Identify training needs - content related or behavioural - and train teachers to deliver excellence classroom experience to students
- Upskill current set of teachers to become better teachers and mentors through continuous training and coaching
- Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills. Speak in a professional, personable way to potential teachers and inform them about job requirements and answer any questions they might have.
Experience : 2yrs -5 year experience with Recruiting,Training a plus
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Education: Any Bachelor's degree in any specialization is required
CTC - 4 L to 9 L
Work Hours: 10 a.m - 7pm
Candidates must have their own Laptop & Mic in working condition with a good Wifi connection.
- Outstation candidates can be considered if they can join virtually and relocate to Mumbai immediately when lockdown is over.
- Candidate should be an Immediate Joiner.
