*Lead project team and manage work assignments to have smooth, efficient implementation and delivery.
*Assist Project Manager in defining and refining project scope and work
*Ensure that project modules has clear goals and timelines
*Assist Project Manager in providing project estimation, planning, resourcing requirements
*Assist Project Manager in risk and issue management
*Manage communications, providing formal and informal status updates both internally and externally
*Foster a project work environment that promotes productivity, innovation, and fairness
*Provide clear communication (written and verbal) to team members
*Provide Productivity and Quality improvements to team
*Perform Peer Review, Track Issues, resolve peer reported issues
*Assist team in overcoming blocking issues at early stage
*Build good Customer Rapport and improve Customer Satisfaction
Skill:
Entity Framework Core/Entity Framewotk
ASP .NET MVC
C# Language
Good knowledge in front end technologies like Vuejs, Angularjs, Reactjs etc..
ASP .NET Web API
.NET Framework
HTML 5
Bootstrap
CSS
JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout
Windows services
Good knowledge in Message queue like MSMQ
Cloud platform like Azure
OOPS, Design Patterns, SOLID Design Principles
