The Employer

Our client is a Financial Markets Research Firm, providing investment advice and analysis to its portfolio of clients. They cover everything going on in the world of mutual funds, realty, commodities, wealth management, stocks and other investment entities.
The Job

You will be responsible for :

Modeling and valuation of Mergers & Acquisitions, capital structure analysis, discounted cash flows etc.
Studying investment memos, industry reports and company profiles as per the requirement.
Documenting and preparing presentations on the findings.
Articulating insightful analysis and its results in a crisp manner.
Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, risks and issues.
Working with a team of Analysts on larger projects to deliver accurate & timely results.

The Profile

You have at least 2-3 years experience within Financial Analysis, Investment Research projects or similar roles.
You have Masters in Finance from a top tier institute.
You have excellent analytical and research skills.
You have hands-on experience working with financial analytical tools.
You have exposure to using premium & reliable data sources like Thomson-Reuters, Bloomberg etc.
You have good communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
