The Employer

Our client is an online payment services provider that was established with a mission to provide essential financial services to the underserved sections of the country.
The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Evaluating policies, organizational procedures to identify risks and advising on audit findings
  
• Providing recommendations on IT control measures.
  
• Performing operational, financial, and/ or compliance audits to ensure compliance with policy.
  
• Ensuring that audit plans are carried out and audits delivered in a timely manner.
  
• Devising and implementing complex audit test plans for identifying critical risks
  
• Defining audit priorities and monitoring timely completion.
  
• Ensuring complete and transparent disbursal of company processes and policies related knowledge to the senior management and all employees.
  
• Following industry best practices to meet audit requirements.
  
• Ensuring proper documentation of audit procedures.
  

The Profile

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  
• You have at least 3 years experience within a IT Audit or Risk management role.
  
• You have a solid understanding of RBI Guidelines.
  
• You are a driven individual with an eye for detail.
  
• You can easily collaborate with different teams and have the ability to communicate well both internally and with external stakeholders.
  
• Exposure to FinTech sector in specific would be an advantage.
