Role:Associate Partner-Sales PSG - Residential

Reporting to:Partner

Job Profile:

Ensuring manpower availability as per budgeted numbers with required competencies

Implementation of BPMS project and wow factors

Relationship Management - Catering to both demand and supply market. Develop relationship with landlords/investors for marketing of properties.

Generate leads for residential requirement

Pitch for exclusive marketing rights from landlords/investors

Micro-market survey and gather market information w.r.t to sale transactions

Conduct marketing activities at campus for lead generation

Brokerage collection as per KPI target

BTL activities

Find vendors for digital marketing to generate lead

Monitor quality of leads generated through online platform

Manage productivity of DST staff

Manage database of developer and investor properties

BPMS (to be measured through BPMS audits) - NCs not to exceed the targeted numbers

PMS Management, Feedback and Counselling

Mandatory Criteria:

• Graduation isa must
• Good communication Skills.
• Candidate age should be upto 35 years.
