The Employer

Our client is a regional commercial and residential property management firm. They have significant footprint in the country, with both residential and commercial units spread across tier-1 & tier-2 cities.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

Providing advice and guidance on all direct & indirect tax related matters.
Ensuring tax compliance by working closely with finance teams and outsourced service providers and optimising tax costs.
Assisting with tax audits.
Monitoring developments regarding tax related policies to effectively analyse proposed tax policy changes and evaluate impact so as to develop and execute plans accordingly.
Working with finance and other cross-functional teams to implement and improve end-to-end tax process and procedures to mitigate risks.

The Profile

You have at least 3 years experience in Tax compliances and computations within the Real Estate industry.
You are a CA or possess an equivalent qualification.
You can collaborate with different teams and deliver detailed reports to be presented to key stakeholders.
You can maintain cordial relationships with relevant third parties.
