Coffee Roaster @ GTC Industries

Job Description

Candidate should be proactive about the entire process of specialty coffee making. You would be assisting with the purchase of carefully sourced coffee beans and providing direction on the roasting and blending process. Also Candidate will be in control of the entire roasting process including actions like prepping various green coffee beans for to be Roasted to bring about the brown shade of coffee that most are familiar with. Should be familiar with cupping protocols for tasting different coffees, and enhancing the taste by means of blending different coffees together.
