Job Description
Job Position Summary: To Support the Crew Movements by booking their Hotels, Air Tickets, Transport in 24 by 7 Shifts including Night Shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Crew Hotel Bookings:
Identify the hotel room requirements for the crew on duty.
Send the hotel bookings mail to the hotels with details of the crew.
Coordinate with hotels to get confirmation of the bookings sent.
Inform the booking confirmation number to the crew via email.
Coordinate with crew scheduling for any last-minute hotel booking due to IROPS.
Maintain a tracker for hotel bookings done on a real time basis to ensure no bookings are missed.
Send a timely compliance statement to the Manager pertaining to confirmed crews hotel bookings as per the requirement.
Receive calls from the crew regarding hotel booking and provide adequate information as required.

Crew Transport Bookings:
Identify the transport needs of the crew from various stakeholders in crew scheduling.
Send templated transport requirement mails to transport vendors.
Coordinate for the confirmation from the transport vendors regarding the requested transport.
Receive calls from the crew regarding transport and provide adequate information as required.

Ticket Booking for Crew Duty Travel on Akasa Flights:
Identify the crew duty travel ticket requirement from crew manager system.
Create the PNR on Navitaire system.
Send the booking created to the crew on email.
Coordinate with the crew scheduling SOD for last minute travel requirement.
Coordinate with RM Support to block the seats for the traveling crew.
Receive calls from the crew regarding PNR bookings and provide adequate information as required.
Other Airline (OAL) Ticket Bookings for Crew Duty Travel:
Identify the crew duty travel ticket requirement from crew manager system.
Take approval from the Managers regarding the OAL ticket prices.
Create bookings using clear trip or MMT portals.
Send the booking created to the crew on email.
Coordinate with the crew scheduling SOD for last minute travel requirement.
Receive calls from the crew regarding OAL bookings and provide adequate information as required.

Airport Lounge Bookings for Crew Duty Travel:
Identify the Airport Lounge requirement for crew duty travel from crew manager system.
Create bookings using Dream folks portal or through Airport Services at respective stations.
Send the Lounge booking created to the crew on email.
Coordinate with the crew scheduling SOD for last minute Lounge requirement.
Receive calls from the crew regarding Lounge bookings and provide adequate information as required.

Policy Adherence:
Follow system policies, procedures, and checklists to maintain operational efficiency.
Monitor systems to meet Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and regulatory rules.

Multitasking and Additional Duties:
Multitask and handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting Manager.

Desired Qualifications: Preferred Graduation in any stream. Command on MS Excel. Strong Time Management and Communication Skills.
