Role Overview

Role and Responsibilities:

Active involvement in tendering, procurement & contractual processes

Handling all commercial activities related to civil projects and maintenance including review and renewal of annual rate contracts of various plant locations.

Vendor development Sourcing and evaluating vendors in terms of financial stability and competence.

Tendering / PO related activities -

Coordinate with various vendors for floating inquiries, receive quotes, invite them for negotiation

Techno-commercial comparison / Rate analysis

Finalization of contract

Generating Purchase Orders in SAP/Ivaua system.

Coordination with the contractors/vendors, transporters, and site engineers for timely completion of work / delivery of material as per schedule.

Coordination with site engineers and accounts for timely processing of bills and payments to suppliers and contractors.

Preparing monthly reports related to commercial activities.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property valuation site visits for assigned cases (only for designated roles)
Measure built-up area, carpet area, and plot area where site visits are required
Inspect construction quality, age of structure, and overall property condition
Capture site photographs and collect required property-related data
Prepare and finalize property valuation reports as per standard formats and guidelines
Handle back-office valuation work, including report drafting, data entry, and documentation
Analyze property details, layouts, and valuation inputs
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of valuation reports
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and financial institutions

Role Flexibility
Site visits are not mandatory for all positions
Candidates may be assigned back-office roles only based on preference and suitability
Female candidates interested exclusively in back-office work are encouraged to apply

Skills & Requirements
Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email, PDF tools)
Basic knowledge of civil construction and property valuation concepts
Ability to read building plans and measurements
Good communication and report-writing skills
