Role & Responsibilities

As a Program Manager III, you will lead a program of complex, cross-functional projects focused on product development, cost optimization, and design standardization across globally manufactured products. Own and manage programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, financial targets, and strategic objectives

Skills & Proficiencies

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience, including strong exposure to program/project management, product development, and VAVE/cost optimization initiatives
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs or portfolios with measurable business impact
Strong expertise in program/project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management
Experience leading end-to-end VAVE initiatives (from opportunity identification through implementation and realization)
Proficiency in product cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and engineering optimization techniques
Good understanding of global engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and product qualification processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
