Job Summary:

As an Executive/Sr. Executive Import & Export (EDI Filing), the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all EDI filing activities for both Import and Export shipments. This role requires a strong understanding of customs regulations, documentation procedures and shipment workflows to ensure accurate and timely filing.

Key Responsibilities:

Create document file such as commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of lading, Certificate of origin.

Prepare checklist and filing at ICEGATE.

Assisting in the preparation of Shipping Instructions and other related documents.

Prepare and process Import & Export Shipment documentations according to custom regulations.

Cargo monitoring through various stages until successful delivery.

Coordinate with forwarding team, vendor and shipper/consignee to arrange timely delivery of goods.

Maintained records of Export/Import activities by ensuring Accuracy in Data Entry into Database system.
Required Skills:
