Role Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to own our presence on Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, and similar platforms. You'll drive listings optimization, sales growth, and operational efficiency to boost GMV, AOV, and conversion rates while keeping CAC in check. This role reports to the Founder and works closely with marketing and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations: product listings, inventory sync, pricing, promotions, and deal registrations on Myntra, Nykaa, and quick commerce apps.
Optimize product pages with SEO keywords, high-conversion images/videos, brand stories, and compelling copy tailored for fashion/beauty (Nykaa/Myntra) and hyperlocal delivery (Blinkit/Zepto).
Monitor daily/weekly metrics (GMV, units sold, conversion rate, ODR, CAC) using seller dashboards and Excel; create reports and dashboards for performance insights.
Execute paid campaigns on these platforms (e.g., Myntra promotions, Nykaa flash sales, Zepto boosts) to drive traffic and ROAS >4x.
Handle customer service escalations, returns, and reviews to maintain 4.5+ star ratings and reduce refunds across fast-fashion and quick commerce.
Conduct competitor analysis (e.g., lifestyle brands on Myntra/Nykaa, quick commerce textile players) for pricing, assortment, and promotions; benchmark and recommend strategies.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, Legal Metrology rules, and packaging norms for textiles, especially for quick commerce's speed requirements.
Collaborate on inventory planning with ops team to avoid stockouts/stockpiling; integrate with Shopify for seamless sync.
Launch new SKUs (e.g., bundle packs, subscription variants) and test promotions to lift AOV on style-driven (Myntra/Nykaa) and convenience-focused (Blinkit/Zepto) channels.
Requirements:
1-3 years in e-commerce marketplaces, with hands-on experience on Myntra, Nykaa, or quick commerce (Blinkit/Zepto mandatory).
