Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Support Engineer (L1) with 24 years of experience in network and desktop support. The candidate will be responsible for handling IT support tickets, troubleshooting network/server/PC issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and resolve network, server, and desktop support tickets within defined SLAs.

Provide L1 support for routing, switching, and firewall configuration/troubleshooting.

Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks and connectivity issues.

Manage and support Active Directory (AD) user accounts, roles, and permissions.

Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Backup & File Servers.

Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
