Summary:
The position holder will be responsible to achieve collection targets on monthly basis by making calls to the customers whos monthly installment (EMI) is due or who have not paid the installment on due date, explaining the consequences of not paying on time, providing payment options as per the process and follow up till the time the due installment is received.

Job Responsibilities:
Calling to the customers to remind their due date of installment.
Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.
Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time.
Provide the options of payment channels for making the payment.
Fix appointment for the field collections team if customer asks for collecting payment from home.
Follow up with the customers till the payment is received.
Ensure that all details of the calls & update on collections is updated on the system as per the process.

Class 12th pass with 6 months of experience in any domain

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
5-9 years of experience in a manufacturing/production role; experience in the irrigation or Electronic, Electrical & Machinery industry is preferred.
Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., injection moulding, extrusion, assembly lines, Electrical, Turbulence ).
Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Installation and efficient maintenance of process machinery of Downstream in pharmaceutical industry

Installation, qualification and efficient maintenance equipment and troubleshooting the issues of Downstream equipment related to mechanical/Instrumentation.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Areas/Activities

Equipment Qualification

Coordination with CFTs in execution of FAT/SAT/DQ/IQ/OQ and PQ of all relevant equipment

Provide onsite support in start-up and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades to existing equipment

Equipment Maintenance

Execution of the below equipment maintenance activities related to mechanical/Instrumentation but not limited to:

An average store is approx. 40,000 Sft built up area with about 150-200 staff working in each store. The job would broadly entail:
Maintenance and Upkeep of Civil Assets in the region (Building / Plumbing / Water proofing / Tiling / Painting / Fabrication / Glazing etc.).
Extensive engagement with store team in case of reported defects to identify likely cause and suggest solutions to tackle the same.
Coordination with vendors to ensure timely completion of work with focus on quality. Quite often the interaction is to be done from remote location, build rapport & relationship with vendors so as to ensure timely resolution of the breakdown.
Visit stores regularly to identify potential problem areas so as to address them in a planned manner.
Track and monitor resolution of issues reported by Stores.
Co-ordinate with stores to carryout various activities related to waterproofing, roof gutters, drainages, etc to have zero leakages in stores.
Preparation of estimate & budget for minor works.
Wash rooms, plumbing should be in good condition all the time

Production Planning & Control

Role Summary:

The MQ TS Downstream Associate is responsible for primary contact of quality on the floor, particularly in the Terminal sterilization, Visual Inspection and Packing areas of production and monitor processes for compliance to cGMP standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring operating state of cGMP compliance in Terminal Sterilization, Visual Inspection and Packaging operations.

Maintain regulatory compliance in accordance with cGMP practices

Ensure manufacturing policies and procedures conform to Pfizer standards

Knowledge and hands on experience in reviewing eBR and assessing the impact of AMPs exceptions with technical support/inputs from Sr. Associate or Sr. Team Leader.

Review of Batch reports and Equipment audit trails.

Perform Acceptable Quality level sampling, Inspection in VIDT and Batch record review and release.

Perform batch start-up and end activities viz. sensor challenge tests, recipe review etc.

Perform random process checks for Terminal Sterilization, Visual Inspection and Packaging.

Perform Daily walkthroughs and report observations to the Sr. Team Leader.

Perform Equipment breakdown assessments w. r. t to Product Quality and patient safety with technical support/inputs from Sr. Associate or Sr. Team Leader.

Review and assessment of equipment alarms and review of quarterly alarm trends.

Report any non-compliance to the Sr. Associate or Sr. Team Leader.

Should have trouble shooting abilities in manufacturing area, which helps the organization to develop, implement and achieve its mission, vision and values.

Identify gaps and involve in Process and Procedure Simplification, thereby reduce downtime, and increase the Efficiency.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

B. Pharm any science degree

2-6 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality Assurance / Quality Assurance / Production of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and Quality administered systems

Sound knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (part of GxP)

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, both within ones own team and interdepartmental teams
