Job Description
We are transforming how Product Management operates within SRE. Our team builds the "intelligent connective tissue " that automates the software development lifecycle. By leveraging AI/LLM-powered automation and deep integrations with internal systems (Ticketing, Quip, Slack), we eliminate manual overhead in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reporting. This is a hands-on development role focused on building the tools that allow our PMs to stop managing spreadsheets and start driving strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Architect AI Workflows: Design and deploy LLM-powered agents to automate sprint planning, summarize complex technical meetings, and perform intelligent backlog grooming.
Systems Integration: Build robust connectors between internal ticketing systems and collaboration platforms to create a unified "single source of truth, " drastically reducing context-switching.
Develop Internal APIs: Create the backend services and automation scripts that bridge disparate data silos, surfacing actionable insights for stakeholders via custom dashboards.
Scale Self-Service Tooling: Build intuitive interfaces that empower PM teams to configure their own automation logic without needing direct engineering intervention.
Standardize at Scale: Engineering reusable templates and automated workflows for Agile ceremonies (Retros, Standups) and critical artifacts (Risk Registers, Project Charters).

Key Responsibilities
Managed Service Ownership & Team Leadership

Lead multiple SRE / ASE teams (15-30 individual contributors) supporting production and staging environments

Drive hiring timelines, interviewing, selection, and onboarding

Establish performance standards and delivery expectations

Manage day-to-day throughput and operational excellence

Develop succession planning and performance management processes

Ensure strong engagement, retention, and team health

Establish strong partnership with client resulting in positive CSAT and NPS reporting

Oversee project mapping at varying maturity models

Required Qualifications
Managed Services Experience
Prior experience leading managed service programs
