Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives within the Sophos Extended Detection and Response (XDR) team, driving strategic integrations and ecosystem growth across our security platform.

We re seeking a proactive, solutions oriented individual who thrives on tackling complex challenges and applies innovative thinking to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. In this role, you ll collaborate closely with engineering, sales, user experience, customer success, product marketing, and other product management teams to deliver impactful, differentiated products within the Sophos portfolio.

What you will do

Serve as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs, pain points, and emerging industry trends.
Translate market opportunities and business objectives into a clear, well prioritized product roadmap, balancing time, scope, and quality.
Drive alignment and clarity across stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
Leverage advanced AI driven insights, data, and analytics to inform strategic product decisions.

What you will bring

12 to 15 years of total work experience with 4+ years into Product management.

Demonstrate sound decision making skills rooted in data, analytics, and clear reasoning.
Offer proven product management experience in one or more security technologies such as EDR, XDR, SOAR, NDR, or NG SIEM.
Experience with XDR integrations, vendor partnerships, Business Development collaboration, and security marketplaces is highly desirable.
Communicate with clarity, precision, and respect both in writing and in verbal interactions.

Business Accelerator Hub is SAPs central discovery and consumption platform for APIs, events, integration content, and digital assets that accelerate innovation across the SAP ecosystem.

As a Product Manager for the Business Accelerator Hub, you will define, own, and evolve the product strategy for a best-in-class discovery and enablement experience for APIs and integration assets.

You will work closely with multiple development teams responsible for specific capability areas such as content onboarding and lifecycle, discoverability and search, developer experience, analytics and insights, and ecosystem enablement.

Your focus will be on understanding customer and developer needs and translating them into intuitive, scalable, and impactful product capabilities.

This role requires a strong passion for product definition, customer centricity, and data-driven decision making, combined with curiosity for modern platform technologies and developer ecosystems.

The objective is to continuously improve how customers and partners discover, evaluate, and consume SAP APIs and integration content by leveraging usage insights, adoption analytics, and feedback loops.

You will drive the evolution of the Business Accelerator Hub in alignment with SAPs harmonized product operating model (HPOM) and collaborate closely with Development Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and other Product Managers across Integration Suite and SAP BTP.

The Product Manager will partner with engineering, platform, security, and business stakeholders to ensure the Business Accelerator Hub delivers high visibility, actionable insights, and a seamless experience across the API and integration lifecycle.

Success in this role requires strong product thinking, technical fluency in APIs and integration platforms, and a passion for enabling developer productivity and ecosystem growth at scale.

In Your Role You Will.

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Business Accelerator Hub, aligned with business objectives and platform strategy.

Define and evolve capabilities for content discovery, onboarding, usability, and lifecycle management of APIs, events, and integration assets.

Partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and platform teams to translate customer and developer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.

Drive customerand developer-centric product definition by gathering insights from users, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Lead initiatives around API visibility, analytics, and insights, enabling stakeholders to understand adoption, usage patterns, performance, and value realization.

Define and track product KPIs and success metrics such as adoption, engagement, discoverability, consumption, and customer satisfaction.

Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform roadmap decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the platform experience.

Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure platform capabilities align with enterprise standards and policies.

Act as a product evangelist for the Business Accelerator Hub, clearly communicating value propositions to internal teams, partners, and customers.

What You Bring.

Bachelors or Masters degree (BE or BTech or MTech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager for platform products, developer portals, APIs, or integration solutions.

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures, with the ability to engage deeply in technical and architectural discussions.

Customerand developer-centric mindset, with experience translating user needs and pain points into clear, high-impact product capabilities.

Lead discussions with business stakeholders and generate associated outputs that translate product design to value

Contribute to and execute on framework for incorporating requirements, design, and user stories into agile teams

Adhere to and provide recommendations to optimize Product Documentation framework that will evolve based on business needs, compliance requirements and changing technologies

Apply UX and HCD thinking principles to product requirements, development, and delivery

Understand current and potential technical tools, capabilities, system, and platform boundaries to design effective and scalable solutions

Effectively engage in feedback loops with various stakeholders, including business and development teams

Develop proof of concepts and wireframes as needed to support design and development

Coordinate prototype development, participate in user acceptance reviews and demos, partner with technical leads on creation of design documents and artifacts

Develop feature files to support testing and ensure adherence to compliance framework

Lead analysis on agile teams, including source to target mapping, data profiling, quality verification, research, and schema design

Conduct application, platform, and/or integration impact assessments based on data, technology, and business logic changes

Support defining baseline and target business architectures with objective of modelling intersections of information and data

Collaborate with your peers to thread fabric of how work across product roadmaps is connected to support knowledge sharing, gain efficiencies, and enhance insights

Provide UAT support and ensure product design and documentation adheres to compliance guardrails where applicable

Deliver on portfolio value within quarter while partnering with AI & Product Manager to provide forward-looking discovery

Collaborate with Product Manager to provide recommendations that inform both backlog prioritization and continuous improvement of existing portfolio of data solutions

Partner with Product Managers in development and delivery of content to support communications and stakeholder management throughout product lifecycle

Provide decision making coordination on product design and UX with buy-in from other key stakeholders

Assist with development and delivery of content to support communications and stakeholder management

Engage with data engineers and developers to effectively execute and iterate on design plans

Participate in feedback loops and capture metrics on developer efficiency, velocity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s degree in computer science , Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

3+ years of d esign and/or analysis experience, with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a strong plus

A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management

Hands on experience applying HCD principles to enable product lifecycle activities

Ability to manage transformation of ideas into solution recommendations and delivery across multiple workstreams

Familiarity with reviewing and creating logical and conceptual data models

Proven track record of facilitating decision making processes, including leadership presentations

Experience in product design and data & analytics

Demonstrated success in effectively communicating business value of data related efforts

Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences

Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training or experience.

S trong communication with great written and verbal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus

Experience with tools like lovable, N8N, Replit etc.
