We have openings for RF Planning Engineer Site/Cluster-Based Network Design with 5+ years of hands on RF planning and/or optimization experience across 4G/5G RAN.

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Diploma Holders-Please excuse)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RF Planning Engineer to design and optimize realistic, operator specific RF clusters using live operator site data (locations, technologies, frequencies, antenna heights). The role focuses on evaluating tower relocation options within existing plots while delivering high accuracy coverage and overlap assessments at a lower computation cost than traditional per site modelling.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, Design and Optimize RF sites and clusters for MNO using operator specific site databases.
Create propagation model for existing sites. Model and simulate and relocation of existing towers within their plots and assess impact on coverage, interference and overlap.
Run coverage, capacity and overlap simulations in RF planning tools (e.g. Atoll, Planet, Asset or similar) with a focus on site and clusterlevel analysis.
Calibrate propagation models, perform link budget and traffic/capacity analysis to ensure realistic network behavior.
Produce Operator Ready planning outputs (maps, KPIs, engineering parameters and documentation) to accelerate operator approval for site relocation.
Work closely with data/GIS and regulatory teams to ensure consistency and integrity of geospatial and technical data inputs.

Required Skills

1. Experience with Python, SQL and/or GIS tools (QGIS, MapInfo) for RF data processing and visualization.

2. Background in site/cluster-based planning, multi-operator or benchmarking projects.

3. Familiarity with automated RF planning workflows.

4. 5+ years of hands-on RF planning and/or Optimization experience across 4G/5G RAN.

5. Strong experience with at least one major RF planning tool like Atoll, Planet, Asset, etc. (Atoll preferred)

6. Solid understanding of RF fundamentals: propagation modelling, link budgets, frequency planning, interference and neighbor relations.

7. Proven experience working with large site databases, geospatial data.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.

We have requirements of RF Planning Engineers in Noida, Kolkata and Bengaluru on Payroll of Accord Synergy Limited for Ericsson Global India Services Pvt Ltd

Work from Home (Initially need to go to the office)

Shifts: 1 pm to 10 pm

Salary Limit: Rs.55000/- CTC

Specific Tools Knowledge required:

Preferred : Expereince on MBNL project/UKI RSD deliveries

Required Skills

1. 2. Knowledge and experience working with ADC build and its applications like, V1CR, Wurzel, Sitenet and ARR.

3. Essential to have experience with tools like Metricell, EE Smart tools, RAN Planning Database

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all cell planning activities for a new replacement site and decom activities for NTQ site.

2. Create replacement Drawing, HOP, cell id

3. Raise V1CR for customer approval with documents such as DSA, NSJF, E6a, EE & 3UK Plots and Capacity reports.

4. Prepare slide pack showing the impact on coverage due to removal of NTQ and with new replacement for both EE and 3UK using Asset. Also prepare capacity report for both EE & 3UK. And raise V1CR for customer approval.

5. Update Crammer tool, Nemesis and issue Nomination form using RAN planning database.

6. Review General Arrangement (GA) drawings received from IM and revert with approval or rejection comments.
Update Nemesis and issue Rigging Data Sheet (RDS) using RAN planning database.

7. Review Detailed Design (DD) drawings received from IM and revert with approval or rejection comments.

8. Review Certificate of Conformance (COFC) received from IM and revert with approval or rejection comments.
Update tools and system for decom site and raise V1CR for approval.

Required Technical Proficiencies:

1. Must have knowledge on radio network planning for 2G,3G and 4G.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience using Asset/Atoll/Mentum Planet planning tool.

3. Must have 2 years experience on Crammer tool, NRM, Metricell, ADC build and able to update the tool on various tab like Cell, Site, Base station, Sector antenna, Rigging etc.

4.
