Position Manager GL Close-FP and A-Investment Accounting-Reg Reporting-Financial Accounting Experience 10+ Years Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager with 8-10 years of progressive accounting and financial planning experience to lead financial operations and financial transformation projects. What you bring:

12+ years of experience in SAP Finance with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution-specific segment

SAP product experience and/or 5-6 years in Treasury & Cash Management / Office of CFO solutions experience

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance with deep expertise (L3/L4 level) in SAP Treasury & Cash Management , including:

Cash Management & Liquidity Forecasting

Bank Account Management (BAM)

In-House Cash

Bank Communication Management & Multi-Bank Connectivity

Treasury Risk Management (FX, Interest Rate, Commodity Risk)

Hedge Accounting & Financial Instruments

Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and Software as a Service/Platform as a Service models in the Business-to-Business Environment

Viewed as a solutions/Lines of Business/Industry expert across SAP with a track record of success

Focus on creating compelling storylines and themes for customer interactions

Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they are at the center of recommended solutions

Job Description
Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Operations Manager to own the day-to-day financial engine of Fulfillment IQ across India, Canada, and the US.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will:

Lead a small finance team (bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll support, basic analysis).

Own month-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting.

Coordinate with CA/CPA firms in multiple countries for tax, compliance, and statutory filings.

Manage cash flow, and movement of funds between entities, and ensure everything is properly documented and auditable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with:

o Hands-on month-end close and management reporting experience.

o Experience working with multi-entity or multi-country structures (preferred).

Strong understanding of:

o Accounting principles (Indian GAAP; exposure to US/Canadian GAAP is a plus).

o Variance analysis, accruals, and intercompany transactions.

Proficiency in:

o QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).

o Excel (lookups, pivots, basic modeling) and basic reporting tools.

Experience coordinating with:

o External auditors, CA/CPA firms, and tax advisors.

Proven ability to:

o Lead a small team.

o Work independently, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience in consulting, IT services, or SaaS companies.

Exposure to transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, or cross-border structures.

Experience working with CFOs or investor-facing finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Prepare and review financial statements, variance analysis, and performance reports.

Lead and coordinate external audits and tax preparation with CPA firms.

Supervise and guide offshore accounting teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workflows.

Develop and implement process improvements for financial operations and reporting.

Support financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Act as a backup for key Controller activities when needed.
