Desired candidature is as follows:

* Clear and concise style of verbal and written communications
* Good Leadership Qualities
Package : 2.4 - 4.5 LPA + Incentives
Shifts :Rotational
Job Requirement :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
2. Graduates and above, with at least one year of international calling experience can apply.
3. Professional Attitude with good service mindset.
4. Basic knowledge about computers, Internet browsing.
Job Responsibility:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
- Determining the cause of the problem;
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
- Expediting correction or adjustment;
- Following up to ensure resolution
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
