Job Description
Functional Responsibility: Good Accounting Knowledge both practical and theoretical Should possess excellent domain knowledge in holistic accounting functions relevant for Accounting Standards Should have sound competency of preparing training content based on input from in-house domain experts Should be able to plan learning curriculum, learning path and assessments Practical experience in training will be advantageous Good coordination and execution skills Basic knowledge about learning management system will help Conduct Training Need Analysis on timely basis and prepare, develop and schedule training batches to ensure continual up skilling of staff Prepare action plans and implement it for all trainees who score less than the set targets Collect and compile batch feedback from Operations To ensure all information is used, accessed or disseminated as per the defined guidelines and for business purposes Generate Training quality scores and prepare and maintain reports pertaining to training Mandatory Competency: Preparation of Accounting Content and Assessments Strong domain competency Facilitation Skills Foundational knowledge in Learning & Development principles Excellent oral and written communication (Telugu proficiency will be an advantage) Excellent presentation skills and sound skills on MS Office Ability to prepare reports and analysis
