Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and post job descriptions on ATS. Post jobs on local portals. Source candidates.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities based on questions provided by hiring managers
• Schedule interview with hiring manager and team members
• Identifies the most efficient sources for generating talent pull vs opened positions
• Research and analyze new international markets and new recruiting technics, tools and sources
• Process Documentation And Prepare Reports Relating To Personnel Activities (Staffing, Recruitment, Training, Grievances, Performance Evaluations Etc)
