Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Source candidates.
• Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and interview processes
• Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a positive, professional experience.
• Administration & ATS: Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS
• Job Offer Negotiation: negotiate compensation, and manage onboarding.
• Metrics Reporting: Track KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per hire
