Arokia IT Pvt Limited (Bangalore Office) is looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
The desired candidate will be responsible for identifying and tracking specific/potential customers regularly, evaluate & generate business requirement, build and maintain a database of contacts, prepare demos and evaluation of the product.
Candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing deals.
EXPERIENCE IN IT PRODUCTS / SERVICES SALES & MARKETING IS AN ADDED BENEFIT
Responsibilities
Research new markets and identify potential new customer prospects by using various means such as: the Internet, industry publications, and membership and association directories identify key players/decision makers and generate interest.
Find prospective leads and communicating with them regarding product, understand their requirement and translate it into a requirement document.
Prepare presentations on the work flow & get it approved with the customer for quotation process
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales heads for further development and closure
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales target
Requirements
Proven inside sales & business development experience
Track record of over-achieving targets
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Education:
