Job Purpose
Recruitment, management and supervision of Chief Business Mentors (CBMs) and Personal Financial Advisors

• (PFAs) of CBMs to help them in achieving their financial goals, thereby generating business for the Company.
• Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, engage and launch CBMs
• Ensure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs
• Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets
• Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency
• Experience and Preferences
• Minimum 6 years work experience with 3-4 years experience in sale of life insurance products
• Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents (MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/Clubs Members)
• Experience in managing and supervising teams of at least 3 to 5 persons
• Functional Competencies
• Ability to impart knowledge in sourcing high profile distributors of insurance/financial products
• Ability to impart skills on training their PFAs on insurance concepts, products and closure of calls
• Ability to guide CBMs on financial concepts with special emphasis on insurance products
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (excel/word/ppt)
