Required Candidate profile

• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting.
• Developing New customers, increasing market reach including new markerts &retaining them
• Develop & manage efficient distribution networks for sales
• Ability to identify suitable new products; & successfully market the product.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Should be IT Savvy
• Effectively Liaise with production and get products in time and quality.
• Attending customer complaints & make sure that complaint get resolved.
• Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
