Job Description
Job responsibilities and duties:Understanding the project requirements and preparing project related documents like BOQ, Quotations, etc.
End to end Planning, managing and coordinating of projects, at all stages of work, both back-end and front-end.
Handling client queries and working towards bringing solutions.
Assisting in communication and follow-up with architects, designers and contractors.
Project reporting and filing.
Other responsibilities:
Studying, making and editing autocad drawings for projects.
Making and editing presentations.
Skills needed:
1. 2D AutoCAD skills.
2. MS excel, word, power point skills.
3. Basic understanding of technical knowledge for interior contracting/civil contracting.
4. Planning and management skills.
5. English speaking and writing skills.
6. System driven and systematic approach for reporting.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in Architectural / Construction / Engineering / Contracting sector (Preferable if worked in a interior contracting firm) Documents required:
Detailed performance report of previous company /companies.
Reference from previous company/companies.
Educational qualification certificate,
