B2B Sales-Account ManagerJob Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for driving B2B sales and revenue growth. Key functions
include end-to-end client acquisition, business development, and managing the sales cycle through a
data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition: Focus on selling "Shine" solutions to B2B clients, primarily
serving Recruitment Consultancies (approx. 70%) and mid-sized Corporates/Startups
(approx. 30%).
Business Development & Lead Generation:
Initiate self-lead generation and effective client acquisition.
Interact with Senior Management, Decision Makers (including Promoters, HR Heads,
and Talent Acquisition Heads), Team Leads, and Recruiters to generate leads.
Conduct virtual and in-person demonstrations to pitch Shine services and create a
sales funnel.
Perform pre-sales research and account mapping (e.g., via competition analysis and
professional networks like LinkedIn) to identify high-potential customers.
Develop and execute consultative selling strategies, understanding client needs to
propose relevant, customized solutions.
Sales Cycle Management:
Handle complex customer objections and manage interactions with both internal and
external stakeholders to propose viable solutions.
Manage the complete client engagement lifecycle, from processing sales in the CRM
system to ensuring payment collection.
Maintain a data-driven sales approach within the CRM for consistent tracking of
input and output metrics.
Market Strategy and Target Achievement:
Analyze new hiring trends and align go-to-market strategies accordingly.
Conduct a SWOT analysis of customers to inform sales pitch planning.
Meet monthly revenue targets
The role involves a significant component of field sales, requiring direct engagement
with C-level management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Sales Drive: Self-motivated, results-driven professional with a determined attitude and
passion for achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Consultative and Negotiation Skills: Proven aggressive sales approach, coupled with the
ability to handle difficult situations, customer rejections, and objections effectively. Must
possess strong negotiation skills focused on value extraction.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
along with strong interpersonal and professional networking capabilities.
Work Details
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday, and the 1st and 4th Saturday of the month.
